If your faith were the currency needed to see success, could you pay the price?
This may be a very tough question for most of us to answer. The reason is simply that we are all growing in our faith, but it is nevertheless a question we must confront. We must understand that many of the miracles Jesus performed required a faith act. And it was based on said faith that healing and answered prayers arrived.
For instance, there was the paralyzed man who was lowered by his friends from a roof to get him in front of the Savior. Mark 2:5 - When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” Jesus saw the faith of the man's friends on full display, and that faith led to their friend receiving mercy for his sins. It also led to him being completely healed so he could pick up his mat and walk.
Then there was Jairus. While leading Jesus to heal his daughter, the journey was interrupted by naysayers who came to report that his daughter was dead. Knowing that those words were programmed to rob him of the faith that caused him to seek supernatural healing in the first place, Jesus said, "Do not be afraid, just believe" (Luke 8:50). Jairus maintained a faith stance, and in the end, the girl was restored to full healing.

Another illustration of the currency of faith is in the Book of Matthew when blind men came to Jesus to restore their sight. Matthew 9:28-29 - When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to him, and he asked them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” “Yes, Lord,” they replied. Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you." Both men were instantly healed.
Now, ask yourself, would you get the result you seek if your faith were the requirement for a problem to be solved in your life? Would your faith stand the test and arise to the occasion, or would you not have the currency of faith to pay?
Yes, faith is a gift that the Holy Spirit gives. It can also be akin to a muscle which becomes stronger the more we put it to work. Every believer received an amount of faith from the Lord per Romans 12:3 and though we think we need more, we actually have what we need for every situation we face.
When we rehearse our Jericho Moments, review our testimonies as well as those of others, remember the promises the Lord has given, and study the Bible concerning the issues confronting us, our faith blooms. It expands to strengthen our spirit man. That way, we can keep going despite the challenges we face. We are then able to praise in the midst of the storm because we know God cannot ignore our faith. He recognizes it as a priceless commodity from His children.
The key lesson we must not forget is that faith is the currency needed for the transformation we are praying for. Let God help you build up your faith and be intentional to remember His word so you can proclaim it into every situation and be blessed.

CLOSING PRAYER
Lord, once again, in Your grace and mercy You've brought us to the end of another hour of fellowship. Glory be to You now and forever!
As we go our separate ways, I call on You to bless Your children. Let Your word remain in them and their eyes be turned to You.
Help each of us to remember that our faith walk is a process and that You are working on and through us to increase our faith in You. Thank You that when the time comes, our faith will not fail. We shall stand, faces fixed like flint, and placing our faith to work in a manner that pleases You. Hallelujah! To You be all the glory and the praise oh Lord forever, IJMN I pray, Amen.
LAST 10 MINUTES
If your faith were the currency needed to see success, could you pay the price?
This is the question we are faced with today and if you are unsure whether you can answer it, please do not worry. You are not alone. Faith is something God is working on in all of us. He is building our faith muscles and it can be a process.
Still, we have the opportunity to agree with God and what He is doing in us, even if the faith-building exercise isn't always an easy one.
Here's the approach we used when we learned in 'God is waiting for you' on November 26, 2024:
Today, we will combine three scriptures as we pray for ourselves.
Mark 9:24 - "I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief."
Luke 17:5 - "increase our faith."
Zephaniah 3:17 - "...With His love He will calm all your fears..."
Father, You are worthy of all my trust for You have proven Yourself faithful repeatedly. Therefore, God, I pray for healing and that You will help my unbelief. You did not plant it in me and the Bible teaches that everything the Father did not plant will be uprooted. Therefore, uproot unbelief from my core, oh Lord. Increase my faith so I stand firm in the midst of the noise and chaos around me or that tries to stir up within me. Your word tells me that with Your love will You calm all my fears and I hold onto this and every other promise that is for my benefit now and forever more, IJMN, Amen. Thank You, Lord Almighty.
Now, it is time to believe that the God who rewards all who earnestly seek Him will reward you with the answer to your prayer (Hebrews 11:6). Believe. Take Him at His word. He will prove to you that having faith in Him was indeed the right decision.
God bless you!
Good God, You are the Almighty. Nobody compares to You. Father, thank You for hearing my prayer for people that they come to a knowledge of You as You promised in Jeremiah 24:7. Thank You for giving people a desire for You. Thank You for whetting their appetites for more of You. Thank You for letting hearts clamor for You. Thank You for kindly pouring out Your Spirit on all mankind in accordance with Your word in Joel 2:28. Be glorified, Lord our Redeemer.
Now and forever more, IJMN, Amen.
Lord, You have promised that the hungry shall eat and be satisfied (Psalm 22:26). Around the world are reports of increased food costs, food insecurity, drought and flooding wiping out agriculture.
The poor, the hungry, the desperate need You, Lord.
In this season, I call on You, great King, to destroy the tools causing famine, hunger, desperation. Let people eat and drink till they are filled. I call for miraculous provision and blessings to Your glory, my King.
You who will have mercy and show compassion where You deem fit (Exodus 33:19). Mercy, Lord. Let Your blessings rain down. And as we raise our praises, may the earth yield her increase, IJMN, Amen.
Heavenly Father, thank You for the privilege of knowing You. Thank You for those whom You have called and granted the mandate of reaching the unreached. Thank You for empowering them and strengthening them to go and do what Jesus said in Matthew 28:19-20 - Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Lord, I pray for those who have taken up this responsibility. Please cover them as they go with the word of the Savior. Work with them and let their words be accompanied by the presence of Your Spirit.
I also lift up Your word in 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2 - As for other matters, brothers and sisters, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you. And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil people, for not everyone has faith.
Father, keep them safe. Let the shield of salvation be extended to all that is of concern to them, as well. Surround them with Your great grace and anointing. May the word You put in their mouths spread far to Your glory and by Your grace, IJMN, Amen.
The pages of my life tell of Your Goodness
Every chapter of my story show how You led me, Lord
I’m the handwriting of mercy by the Finger of the Lord
This is The Finger of The Lord, eii
You’ve been right here beside me
Through the fire, through the rain
I didn’t burn, I didn’t drown
’cause you were right by my side
I am a living testimony of the Goodness of the Lord, eii
This is The Doing of The Lord
What shall I render in deed, what shall I render?
What shall I rеnder to You, what shall I render?
Sɛ ɛnyɛ Nyamе na ɛwɔ mafa aa, anka ɛnyɛ oo (Had it not been the Lord on my side, where would I be?)
Ɛnyɛ Nyame na ɛhu me mmɔbɔ aa (Had the Lord not shown me mercy)
Ɛnyɛ Nyame na ɛwɔ mafa aa (Had it not been the Lord on my side)
Ɛnyɛ Nyame na ɔyɛ m’adom (Had it not been the Grace of God)
This is… This is The Doing of The Lord
John 17:17 - Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.
God this was the prayer of Your Son. Lord, I lift this up on behalf of the Body of Christ.
Father, sanctify Your people with Your word. May it wash and purify, bringing light into the darkest places within the individuals and the corporate body.
May Your word destroy every stronghold and satanic obstacle seeking to resist the Body. For the word of Christ states that He would build His church and the gates of hell would never be able to overcome it (Matthew 16:18).
Therefore, Your church marches on to Your glory and by Your grace, IJMN Amen.
PRAYER TIME
And now, we switch from praising to praying for people. Surely, there are things you want to petition God for on your behalf. That is natural. However, for the next 25 minutes, we'll be praying for others. You get to stand in the gap for them before the Lord. Ask Him to help them whether you know what they need or not. Call on Him to step into local, national and global situations.
We don't have much time to do this together, so let's get started, shall we?
Thank You, Thank You, Father! Thank You!
God, we are grateful for what You are doing in people's lives. We welcome more of Your miracles for them and appreciate how You Father Your children. You who bind all wounds. Excellent Redeemer! You who shut the jaw of the lion and break its teeth!
We praise You Lord for Your miracles in the lives of Your people and decree to agree that what You have done is permanent, to Your glory and by Your grace, Amen!!!!
God of every generation! The God of my fathers!
Praise be to You oh Lord. My Anchor. God, my Defender. God the Conqueror.
You who love us. Glory be to You, great King of kings.
Thank You and thank You again.

A very big God
John 16:33 - “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Thank You Lord. Your Son teaches us that we may have His peace. We are grateful that You gave to Him so we too could receive.
Thank You because as He has overcome the world, we who believe in Him have overcome the evil one (1 John 2:13-14).
Father, I thank You for who You are and all You have done. I thank You for being love and for showing love. Thank You for being mercy itself and granting mercy. Thank You for being kindness and granting kindness.
Everything that You are, Lord, You share with us mere mortals. All that You have, You've made accessible to us.
Almighty God, You are the all in all. The I Am that I Am. The Sovereign Lord.
I worship You!

From JIR - Thank You Lord for breathing life into us this morning. Without You we would fail to exist. Thank You for guiding us in here today. Thank You Lord that Your tender mercies are new every morning. Thank You for edifying us with today’s message. By Your grace we learn the importance of faith and its importance. Thank You Lord. IJMN. Amen.
Thanks sis @FFJ for today’s message. Within these last couple of weeks I have been learning how important it is to apply and hold onto faith. Nothing is impossible with God. It is but a light thing for God. We just have to have the faith. Thanks for highlighting that the Lord gives us as much faith as we need. Sometimes I feel like my faith isn’t sufficient but then am reminded from today’s message that His grace is sufficient for me, 2 Corinthians 12:9. Thank You Lord. I’m not sure I can answer the question you raised in the OP but one thing I do know is God has been working within me and strengthening my faith as I was blessed to witness a miracle within these last couple of weeks. God is amazing. His grace is more than sufficient. IJMN. Amen.
From M22 - Thank you Abba Father for another fellowship day and the start of a new month. We bless you Abba for seeing us through January till date. We pray that you will be our anchor and help us navigate this new month of May IJMN Amen.
Thank you for today's word sis @FFJ . Today's word is a strong reminder for me to always pray for the Holy spirit to strengthen the measure of faith God has given me. It is also a wakeup call for us to never lose faith no matter the circumstances. May God bless us all as we navigate this new month of May. IJMN Amen
From EC - Amen and good morning ladies!
ALTAR CALL
Christ died on the cross for all of humanity and you have the right to be free of everything that wants you bound. I was raised a Christian my whole life, and didn't know this. Sure, I heard stories that seemed fantastical, but once I met Jesus I realized there was so much more to learn.
For instance, I previously had no clue that simply being a Christian wasn't enough to make it to heaven. I didn't know that I needed the Holy Spirit. The same Spirit of God who rested on King David. The same One who came down as a dove and rested on Jesus enabling Him to do God's work on earth.
That same Holy Spirit is still valuable today and through Him, I'm coming to know Jesus and God better. The video below explains this and how to submit to Jesus so you receive God's Spirit.
If you watched the video to the end and say that prayer, then welcome to being a child of God! I pray you receive the Holy Spirit and are led in the ways of the Lord. Be sure to let me know you said the prayer and I'll send you more materials so you can grow as a new creature! Congrats and God bless you!
